YOUNG: The Story of Final Fight Family is a documentary revealing the formation of Final Fight Family (FFF), and the background stories of each member of the collective. Through interviews, you will hear the individual thoughts of the collective, and their views on art, life and FFF.

1. The Avantist (musicians)
   In the fall of 2008, a group was formed that would challenge the average listener to rethink their idea of what a "rock band" can be. What started off as  furious sessions of "Rock Band" and rants against the current state of popular music, quickly blossomed into an epiphany. Instead of just talking about the lack of variety society is presented with musically, four brothers collectively made it their mission to write universal music without the frills. Thus THE AVANTIST was created. 
   
   
2. Christine Pierce (fine artist/production designer)
   Christine Pierce worked for a while at Harpo Studios, where she was a creator and designer for the props team and overall production design department.  She likes sharing her knowledge about colors, creations, and art almost as much she does practicing them herself, which led her to begin pursuing her career in art education.  Christine grew up in Newark, Delaware, graduated from Columbia College in Chicago during 2010, and now lives back in the east with her family.
   
   
3. Desiree Agngarayngay (filmmaker/photographer/graphic designer)
   Desiree Agngarayngay is a Hawaii native that produces music videos, motion graphics, and other various works in the film and video medium. She currently resides in Chicago and hopes to continue learn more as an artist.
   
   
4. Está Vivo (musician)
   In 2010, at the ripe age of 19, Está Vivo started composing and recording all of his own material. He uses everything and anything as an influence leaving no limitations to encounter. While mostly writing folk/tropical type tunes, he ultimately  creates by feeling and what comes out is what comes out. If he can guarantee one thing about his art it's that it will always remain unattached, open, and free-spirited.
   
   
5. Felipe Maldonado (musician/poet)
   Felipe Maldonado resides in Burnham, IL, and has been writing poetry and rapping since he was 15 years old. The main inspiration for his work is Chicago, religion, and family, and his goal is to make meaningful art that inspires others. 
   
   
6. Hussain Ewidah (writer/poet/co-founder of FFF)
   Hussain Ewidah is a firm believer in inspiration and love. Hailing from the Chicago land area, the writer strives to embody modern art in both verse and prose by utilizing word play and wit to accentuate themes such as realism, life, and death.  Images play a large role in the writer’s work, where his worlds are coloured wholly by matrimonies of fantasy and socio-political undertones. His influences are mostly authors of classic literature, but Hussain has also cited comic books, films, and music to be reference material as he writes. If the artist was to be summed up in a euphemism, it would be “Great artists steal, Bad artists imitate”.
   
   
7. Ichiro Hino (filmmaker/photographer)
   Born in Sapporo, Japan in 1984, Ichiro Hino began having interest in visual expression at age 5 when he watched Stanley Kubrick's 2001: Space Odyssey for the first time. Receiving value of the artistic inspiration beside the film such as photography, graphic art, and music, he started challenging himself to create more surrealism and abstraction into his visual images. Now he has currently directed music videos for such artists as: The Gorilla Press, Plastic Soy Sauce, J. Smith, The Avantist, Yukiguni, and Jip Jop.
   
   
8. J. Smith (musician/co-founder of FFF)
   At age 11, J. Smith started his artistic journey in music, and since then he has devoted the past twelve years to developing his craft as a self-produced Hip-Hop artist. His sound does not follow the traditional structure of  mainstream Hip-Hop. Instead, he looks to experiment with other genres to create his own unique blend of music, drawing inspiration from Pop, Electronica, Rock, Metal and underground Hip-Hop. The main goal of his artistic endeavors is to create progressive art that inspires others to think critically and creatively about their dreams and goals.
   
   
9. Jip Jop (musicians)
   Jip Jop is more than just a band. It is a concept, a lifestyle, a unique unified sound created by six dedicated musicians from all over the country. It is a melting pot of vibes, cultures, and ideals drawn from every decade since the 1950s. With the horn section playing jazzy lines and colorful harmonies, the rhythm section laying down feel-good grooves guaranteed to make you move, and B. Nice with his soulful flows and song, the audience is always on their feet and dancing. The band consists of Benny Nice on lead vocals, Davis "Flav" Jones on saxophone/vocals, Ryan Imboden on trumpet, Ben Bolasny on keyboards, Bobby Wooten III on bass, and Matt Margeson on drums and cymbals.
   
   
10. Que (musician)
    Que was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and has been involved with performing and producing music since he was 11 years old. He wants people to have fun with his music, but at the same time present a deep message within his songs. 
    
    
11. Yuki Tasaka (music producer/recording engineer)
    Yuki Tasaka is one of Chicago's hidden gems as far as international audio engineers go. Having spent his life traveling back and forth from America to Japan, Yuki has an in-depth form behind the console, and he now actively works with both sides of the ocean. With years of work experience in several of Chicago's highly acclaimed studios, Yuki's professional demeanor and highly creative talents have helped him develop relationships with engineers, producers, and musicians, both here and overseas.
